Brandon joined Roo Capital as our Vice President of Growth, leveraging his extensive experience to focus on growth initiatives for the portfolio companies. He helps them navigate their most pressing growth challenges with tailored, impactful strategies. Brandon has over 12 years of experience in Revenue Strategy and Operations and a proven track record of accelerating growth in a predictable and scalable manner.

Before joining Roo, Brandon worked at early-stage and growth companies focused on the future of work, marketplaces, and SaaS. His responsibilities included designing and executing go-to-market strategies, leading fiscal planning processes, optimizing technology stacks for sales efficiency, implementing data-driven decision-making frameworks, and enhancing team performance through insights and analytics.

A proud University of Michigan alum, Brandon enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing chess, and cycling around Manhattan in his free time.
